What is L(earn)

L(earn) is the manifestation of over 20 years of front of house training experience.  Having established staff training as a standard industry practice in the early 1990s we have continuously tweaked and adjusted our training so that it continues to be relevant and deliver practical onsite skills.

We work closely with our client staffing partners to deliver tailored training solutions.

We are dedicated to constantly developing and improving service standards within the Hospitality and Events Industry.

As an authority in service, we are committed to engaging with our staff and clients to develop career opportunities within our industry.  We want to make our industry a place for staff to stay in as a career rather than a place just for passing through.

After 20 years of service within the industry we feel a duty to return more to it and we believe that though engaging training we are able to maintain & promote the integrity of the hospitality sector.

We are proud of the fact that our training has been accredited by the Academy of Food and Wine as a ‘Centre of Training Excellence’ and also by our ‘Excellence Through People Award for Good Employment Practice’ from The Institute of Hospitality.
