Managing and operating fixed venue or temporary cash bars requires a very different skill set to the traditional ‘event bar’. To meet this we conduct venue specific training for our staff covering areas such as Micros till training and product knowledge. From our experience we have discovered that where clients invest in the quality of the staff they are rewarded by real returns through the tills. We train our bar teams to up-sell our client’s products making our staff a key driver in the sales process. We deal in fast, efficient, polite and effective service.
We currently supervise and staff all 13 bars at The Royal Albert Hall amongst other temporary ‘popup’ installations.
