The training

We provide ongoing comprehensive training which has been accredited by the Academy of Food and Wine as a ‘Centre of Training Excellence’ and also by our ‘Excellence Through People Award for Good Employment Practice’ from The Institute of Hospitality.

The flexibility

We offer full and part time positions. Whether you’re a student looking for a job to fit around your studies, or simply want to make some extra money, you can choose when and where you work. Using our AYS app, you confirm your availability and location, then browse upcoming events near you.

L(earn)

Lots of our team work alongside their studies. We have Undergraduates, Masters students, those doing their PHDs or taking a career break to learn a new vocation. L(earn) stands for ‘earn why you learn’ and it’s one of the many reasons why working at AYS suits so many people.
